payment

✦ I accept payment through Paypal, Venmo, or Cashapp. I work in exclusively USD.
✦ Payment is to be sent before I start work or after the sketch has been sent.✦ I do not do rush fees✦ I offer holds for up to a week, depending on the amount and agreement made.
       ♡ Payment plans can be discussed in DMs, I am flexible and willing to work with you, and I have a 3 day grace period for late payments. If payments are not fulfilled, if invoices are ignored, or if you back out of the transaction, you will lose ownership of the design/artwork and any money sent will be returned to you.

rights

✦ Please credit me when reposting any of my artwork on social media platforms.✦ My designs and art are never permitted for AI training programs or NFT use.✦ Tracing, stealing, or claiming my artwork as your own is strictly prohibited. However, you may use my work as a pose reference or for color picking, within reason.
       ♡ Taking inspiration from my designs is completely fine, as long as it is not a direct 1:1 copy. There must be noticeable differences—simply changing one detail is not sufficient. This applies to both design and art style.

✦ Turnaround is within 1-2 weeks after I receive the full payment and depending on your position in my queue.
       ♡ public queue can be viewed here✦ I allow up to 3 edits during the sketching phase. any more changes may result in extra fees. any major edits to the final drawing will result in extra charges.✦ if there is something you want that is not listed in the prices or the do/don't tab, feel free to ask me about it

design & trading

when owning a design made by me ;✦ Commercial rights license can be purchased for a flat fee of 3x the initial price. Commercial rights will be transferred to new owners, you do not need to rebuy.
       ♡ commercial rights include using the art and/or design made by me for marketing, advertising, or selling products. This is also needed for making vtubers of my designs.
       ♡ The "Design Terms of Use" in the Ownership tab will show if commercial rights have already been purchased for the specific design.✦ If you would like to alter or add to a design you have bought from me, you can contact me and I will happily make changes. You are perfectly okay making changes to it yourself, as well.
       ♡ Do not whitewash darker skinned characters. If you are unsure on what is okay, do not hesitate to ask me
       ♡ If changes are made by you, you may add yourself as the designer, but please keep my original credit on Toyhouse✦Rehoming my designs must follow these rules:
      ♡ You may not resell my designs for a higher price unless you have added commissioned or substantial personal artwork.
       ♡ Traded designs may be resold/traded.
       ♡ Gifted designs may be resold/traded for a fair price, however, buyer must be aware that the design was gifted to you.
       ♡ You may gift my designs to other users.✦ Please keep my designs on Toyhou.se. If you plan to hide any of my designs, I kindly ask that you authorize me. This is optional.____________________
